VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE INFORMATION
Volunteering at Troy High School:
In order to be a volunteer or a chaperone, please complete steps 1 - 4.
Doing these steps will allow you to volunteer at most Troy events, including NJROTC.
All the steps must be completed a week before you volunteer.
1. Fill out the Booster Parent Information Form: (Online only)
2. Print, fill out, and turn in to the front office the Volunteer Assistance Request Form: (Done Yearly)

Turn it in to the front office yourself or have your cadet do it for you.
3. Print, fill out, and take the form with you to a LiveScan location to get fingerprinted (LiveScan locations can be found by doing an online search with your city name. Done only once and good for all the years your children are at Fullerton JUSD).
Once completed, please turn in your form to the front office yourself or have your cadet do it for you.
If you do it yourself, please bring your ID with you.

There are many locations and prices vary so please contact them before you go there. The highest fee amount has been $25.
4. Get a TB test done and give the results to the front office. (Done every 4 years, only needs to be done if you are an overnight chaperone or assist in a classroom.)
